About Dress Up LLC Soul Food and Catering

Native to Sacramento CA, Chef Erica Oden Harris has always loved to be in or around the kitchen. Chef OH remembers learning to set the table and putting away silverware at four years old and by seven years old she was cooking along side her mom.  She learned the flavors and taste of Soul Food.

Chef OH comes from generations of great cooks on both sides of her family including her village. She learned recipes and dishes that was birth in Arkansas, Texas and Louisiana and coming from generations of self taught wonderful cooks in that Chef OH passion was birthed. Chef OH was always found in the kitchen cooking, learning, 

and developing  her technique.   

In May of 2012, Chef OH Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts with a Diploma and Certificate of Completion with a Certificate specializing in Cross Culture Cuisine and Charcuterie and Buffet. Soon After Chef OH started her career in the restaurant industry, beginning as a food service worker moving around and growing in her kitchen skills. She has worked as a Prep Chef, Pantry Chef, Head Cook, Team Lead, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager and a Private Chef. 

In 2020 Chef OH was encouraged by those closest to her to pursue her dreams by giving entrepreneurship a try. Chef OH quickly came up with her own line of delicious salad dressings and dips. 

That she branded Dress Up. The name Dress Up just stuck with Chef OH. In September of 2022 Dress Up became an organized business. Dress Up LLC. is more than a Catering Company. Dress Up is more than just looking good, it’s an experience and a vibe you can taste. Here at Dress Up LLC our goal is to inspire, to motivate, and create delicious food to fit your event and bless your taste buds and memories for generations to come.
